Hi, I’m Evalyn and I am a therapist who is here to support adults navigating life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or big life changes, I’m here to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered. In our work together, we’ll take time to build trust, talk through your goals, and move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and sometimes it can include a bit fun. You can expect to walk away from sessions feeling more grounded, with practical tools and insights to carry into your daily life. My approach to therapy is mainly client-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life. I’m here to meet you where you are, support you in identifying your goals, and work with you collaboratively to reach them. Above all, it’s a space where you should feel safe, supported, and truly heard as you navigate the ups and downs of life. Sometimes starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, but just by reading this, you’ve already taken an important first step. You don’t need to have it all figured out to reach out. If you’re feeling unsure but something is telling you it’s time to talk, I’m here. Feel free to reach out whenever you’re ready and we can take it one step at a time.
