Hi, I’m Hayley. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. You have just taken a huge step in bettering your mental health. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected, and they are unsure of how to move forward, but they know they want something to change. Together, we focus on building confidence, balance, and self-compassion, using humor and perseverance to navigate challenges along the way. My goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, rediscover what brings them joy and fulfillment, and remember that growth is always possible, even in the most challenging moments. I help clients find healing and balance through a supportive, authentic, and often laughter-filled approach. My work blends evidence-based techniques with warmth and compassion, helping people build the skills and mindset needed to create real, lasting change. I know that reaching out for help can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
