Hello! My name is Katie. Thanks for reading my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I have been working with individuals and families since 2010 in a variety of different settings. I have worked throughout the world in Italy, Japan, and South Korea. I love my job and I enjoy getting to know new clients. I use a strengths-based, solution focused approach. Therapy strategies are not one size fits all. I utilize different modalities depending on my clients needs. I frequently gravitate to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT can help you view challenging situations more clearly and respond more effectively. My primary goal is to provide a positive, safe environment where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings. I believe we all desire meaningful, fulfilling lives.
