Personally, I strongly believe that healing comes from a holistic approach the encompasses the mind, body and spirit. I am of Christian faith and understand that God is the driving force of how I individually tailor therapy for each client. My approach to counseling is to provide a warm and welcoming environment that facilitates healing in individuals and families who are broken by life circumstances. I place emphasis on trust, respect, confidentiality, cultural competence, and compassion for all my clients. I use an integrated, method to therapy. Meaning, I utilize different techniques to discover your individuals’ strengths and needs while working on empowerment to improve your life.
