Hi! My name is Lynn Bertram. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 30 years of experience working as a counselor, advocate, non profit leader and fundraiser. I have worked with clients including children, teens and adults with a wide range of concerns including abuse and neglect, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, educational concerns, work/career challenges and life transitions. I have worked in school settings with an emphasis on a trauma informed and gender-responsive focus. I have worked extensively with military children and their families in a supportive and strength based capacity. My counseling style is warm, candid and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strength based, humanistic, solution focused counseling. I focus on a holistic approach of the whole person and to assist others in creating positive coping skills. Together we will tailor our dialog and your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
