Welcome to BetterHelp! My name is Meredith Fiedler. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider in Florida with 13 years of experience working as a therapist and 20 + years working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. I have worked with adults, ages 18 and over, with a wide range of concerns. I am a trauma informed therapist specializing in the spectrum of mood disorders (depression and bipolar), anxiety, addiction, trauma, stress management, self-esteem issues, and overall life issues. I believe in a holistic, collaborative, client centered approach with a variety of interventions appropriate to your needs. My approach starts with you! Your needs and goals are the top priority. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, mindfulness, and motivational enhancement techniques to assist you with meeting your goals. I will help you find what works best for you and build on your strengths. There is nothing more important in therapy than feeling like your therapist is the right fit for you and that you are in a safe place. I will provide you with a non-judgmental, safe place to discuss your thoughts, concerns, and feelings. Right now, life is full of change and stressors. Changes can be challenging.
