About Suzanne Kapica's service

Hi there. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience. Life can be challenging and I believe we all need some support through some of those challenges. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, respected and valued while creating a clear path toward that changes and outcomes you want in your life. I work at a pace that feels right for you focusing on strategies that support real and meaningful progress. I use an eclectic approach that is solution oriented, relationship based experience tailored toward to your unique needs. I do tend to also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a main modality due to the research on the effectiveness. I will help you identify goals and the barriers that are currently in your way so we can use your strengths and skills to overcome them with a treatment plan. I look forward to working with you!
