What this mailbox is for
Worth writing to us about
- A profile that is wrong, out of date, or should not be published at all
- Anything we wrote ourselves that reads badly - a method explained poorly, a question that misses
- A page that will not load, or a link that goes nowhere
- How the directory is built, if you are writing about it
Only BetterHelp can do these
- Starting, moving or cancelling a session
- Accounts, subscriptions, payments and refunds
- Being matched with a therapist, or messaging one
- Anything clinical, and anything in your records
We list therapists who work through BetterHelp. We are not BetterHelp, nobody on this site works for us, and we hold no accounts, no bookings and no notes. We also have no way of passing a message to a therapist - there is no channel from us to them. All of that goes through BetterHelp directly.
If a listing should not be here
There is a form on every profile that takes a listing down on the spot - open the profile and use "Report this listing", which is faster than emailing us and needs nothing from you but a name and an address to reply to. Write here instead if something is wrong rather than unwanted: a detail that does not match the source, or a description of a method that reads as though it were a claim about one particular therapist.
