Aaron Gregor (LMHC)

Hello there! I’m Aaron Gregor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My practice focus includes treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD, medical related mental health issues, and first responder and military health. As a retired Emergency Medical Technician from a military family, I have had the chance to see people from all walks of life at their best and their worst, and it continues to amaze me as to the resilience of the human spirit. I regularly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Gestalt Therapy components to tailor treatment to my clients’ needs.
