I am Alesha Smith, LCSW licensed in the sate of Florida with 28 years of experience as a clinical therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal communication, healthy boundaries, and managing career stress. My clinical style is personable, engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and compassion, and without judgement. My clinical approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, and client-centered therapies.
