I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with over a decade of experience working with those encountering stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and those wanting to work on improving their self-love, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion and pride myself in being authentic, non-judgmental, and culturally competent. I believe people can grow tremendously when they are listened to and feel supported. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
