I am a Licensed Independent clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with many years of experience working with adults from a strengths perspective in a Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with adults from early career through mid-life and retirement on an array of life’s challenges and issues including career development, work-life balance, sleep disorders, self esteem, self-care, marital relationship review , caregiver issues with special needs children, caring for aging parents with and without a memory loss disorder, and grief and loss at any point in life.
