Alison Mace (LMSW)

Welcome, I’m really glad you’re here! My name is Alison and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in mental health throughout a variety of settings with adult clients. For my individual practice, I approach therapy as a collaboration between myself and the individual. Without judgement, I strive to create a space for honest dialogue meant to support individuals in understanding the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. My intention as a therapist is to help you feel comfortable, heard, validated, and empowered. I aim to support you in identifying personal goals and taking manageable steps towards achievement. I offer conversation that is compassionate and authentic with a side of humor. It can be hard out there- taking the step to seek out support takes courage.
