I have worked in an educational setting for the past 11 years helping and supporting students and families with anxiety, social behaviors, depression, ADHD and learning disorders. I attained my Master’s Degree from the accredited Texas A&M University-Commerce program. I typically utilize Cognitive Behavior and Humanistic/ Solution Focused Therapy. Life comes with challenges but you don’t have to try to figure it out alone. Learning how to control your emotions and make yourself better is my priority.
