As a Florida Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience, I currently work online in Private Practice using evidence-based models of therapy that get results. My experience includes working with clients that present a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma-related issues, goal-setting hurdles, and other areas of needing self-empowerment. My mission is to empower you to overcome the obstacles of anxiety and depression, to become unstuck in accomplishing your goals, to begin feeling fulfilled, to step out of the shadows and fears caused by past traumatic events, to take back the reins of control in your life, and to start living a life of fulfillment, peace, balance, and be the overcomer!
