Sometimes we need someone to help us realize what it will take to work towards goals and to move forward in life in a positive direction. Some of the challenges I have helped clients with consist of mental illness, behavioral problems, substance abuse, grief and loss, anger management, self-esteem and more. I also have a passion for working with clients that need guidance with finding their way through relationship obstacles, anxiety, depression, and career guidance.
