I am licensed in California with 10 years of professional work experience. I am a mother of three, I am divorced and I am a cancer survivor. I believe we all have what we need inside of us to overcome our challenges and I am honored to be able to help my clients find their own innate, inner healer. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & intimacy related issues. I also have experience working with parenting and family issues. I enjoy working with people who are spiritually minded and are looking to find a deeper sense of meaning, connection and purpose in their lives. Welcome!

03 · What happens next
Alyson practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Alyson's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.
BetterHelp opens with a set of questions about what you are dealing with, what you want from therapy, and any preferences on the therapist. You are not booking Alyson at this point.
