About Amy Crabtree's service

Hello! My name is Amy Crabtree and I am licensed in Tennessee with 18 years of professional work experience. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I completed requirements for my LCSW in 2012. I worked for 12 years in community mental health as an outpatient therapist. I have seen a large variety of ages and clients with different diagnoses, including working with substance abuse treatment programs. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & depression. My treatment approach focuses on how our thoughts can impact our feelings and behaviors. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. Expect to be met in our sessions without judgment. Our sessions will be focused on goals YOU choose to set for yourself. I think it is important for a therapist to meet you where you are. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for reaching out!
