Amy Parsons (LPC)

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor based in Virginia, offering virtual-only therapy. I earned my Master’s degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Additionally, I earned a Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling: Marriage and Family from Liberty University. I have experience working with adults, children, and teens, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and life transitions. I use a client-centered, evidence-based approach that integrates CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I am also EMDR trained. Using a warm, collaborative style, I provide a safe space for individuals and families to explore challenges, build resilience, and create lasting change.
