Amy Pung is a licensed therapist in the State of Michigan with six years of experience in providing therapy to a diverse range of clients. With an additional 12 years of experience working in the mental health system, Amy has developed a deep understanding of various mental health issues. She specializes in helping clients with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, stress management, trauma, addiction, and parenting. Amy has received specific training in treating trauma and believes in developing a supportive relationship with her clients to better understand their unique needs. She utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral, supportive, trauma-informed, and solution-focused counseling techniques and strategies.
