Anchanese Levison

Anchanese Levison is a highly skilled and compassionate therapist who believes in the power of change. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tougaloo College and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Mental/Behavioral Health from Mississippi College, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an extensive educational background. Anchanese is also a nationally certified counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS). Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience working in various environments, including psychiatric residential treatment facilities (PRTF), collegiate programs, and community-based treatment facilities. Anchanese has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, socio-economic and underserved populations, and has a deep passion for helping others. Her personal motto is, “I want to help people improve their quality of life, directly or indirectly.” She firmly believes that everyone encounters challenges in life that may require assistance in coping and moving forward. Anchanese believes that therapy can be incredibly beneficial, especially when individuals feel comfortable and safe. She is dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals can seek guidance and navigate a new path in life.
