I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, women’s issues, life transitions, emotional regulation, and more. My therapeutic style is eclectic and client-centered, incorporating a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to help clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
