Angela Green

Hello and welcome! I am Angela Green. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia for 16 years and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor for 17 years. Through our counseling relationship, my hope is to provide you with a trusting and supportive environment with opportunities for self-discovery to live a fuller, more complete life. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness therapies to assist you in challenging negative thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes and their associated behaviors. The focus of treatment is to improve emotional regulation and develop coping strategies to help you navigate and thrive in school and work and maintain meaningful relationships. You may be experiencing feelings of anxiousness, social discomfort, stress, overwhelmed, low confidence/ self-esteem, an intellectual disability, parenting or family discord, or you may be a student struggling in high school or college. My goal in the therapeutic partnership is to work with you to improve your overall mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth.
