As someone who has been in therapy, and has been a therapist for 9 years, I'm passionate about doing therapy that actually works. Therapy can be a powerful tool, and the right tools can help alleviate painful symptoms like fear, anxiety, shame, and hopelessness, so you can live a beautiful and fulfilling life.
In addition to treating anxiety and depression, I specialize in helping adults navigate challenging relationships in their work and personal life, especially romantic relationships. If you're feeling frustrated, confused, or disconnected, this may be a good fit for you.
My approach is open, genuine, and collaborative. I look forward to working with you!

03 · What happens next
Ann practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Ann's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.
