I am a licensed independent clinical social work in the state of Minnesota and I have 20 years of experience. I have worked many years with women’s issues surrounding depression, postpartum depression, and anxiety as well as relationship issues and self-esteem. I believe a relationship is very important to help you achieve your goals. I offer a warm, calm presence and believe in respect, integrity, sensitivity and compassion. I tailor our therapy together to what works best with and for you. I can utilize many approaches such as cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, or an eclectic mix. I work with you to build goals because you know yourself best. It takes courage to seek a better path and I am here to help you on your journey. I look forward to working together!
