I am licensed in North Carolina with 8 years of professional work experience. As a Therapist, I try to understand you and the difficulties you are experiencing as holistically as possible. That means paying attention to body, mind, and spirit, as well as to the important relationships in your life, and helping you draw upon your resources in all these areas. I am respectful of the beliefs and traditions of others and will not impose my beliefs on you. I will, however, be drawing upon my training in psychotherapy, and spirituality to help me help you find the creativity and courage to cope with the pain you are experiencing and make the changes you are seeking. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
