Arlyn Mendoza is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) with 7 years of experience in psychotherapy. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and various mental health disorders including OCD, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
