Ashley Whitfield is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience in providing therapy services. She has worked in various settings including schools, clinics, and community agencies, and her passion lies in community health. Ashley is dedicated to helping others overcome obstacles and find peace, joy, wellness, and fulfillment in life. As a wife and mother of three, she understands firsthand how complex trauma and systemic disadvantage can affect families across generations. Ashley’s therapeutic approach is based on Adlerian/Individual Psychology, Behavioral Counseling, and Strategic Brief Counseling. She will work with you to analyze your current circumstances and develop healthier behavior patterns. She has experience working with clients struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, attention deficit, and career/educational advancement. Ashley is committed to breaking down the barriers that may be hindering your progress. Please note that she is only available for appointments two nights per week.
