I am a licensed therapist in Florida with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field. As a provider, I want to support individuals who need help navigating their human experience. Everyone faces complex and emotional situations throughout their lives, and help working through those is why I am here. My practice centers on supporting adolescents and young adults struggling with challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem concerns.
I bring a non-judgmental and validating approach to therapy. In doing so, my goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore personal growth, heal from past experiences, and develop resilience for their futures. My expertise includes addressing anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, attachment issues, family conflict, and seasonal emotional shifts.
