Barbara Frye (LPCC)

I am a licensed therapist in Ohio and Florida, with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients work through stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, finding motivation, work on self esteem and confidence, and manage depression. My belief is that with the right guidance and support, a person can gain knowledge and tools on how to work through life changes and be able to move forward from them . I believe people have the ability and strength to help themselves navigate through life challenges and overcome them, they may need help accessing or finding that strength with in them to work through it. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that journey.
