I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. My primary clinical approaches are Mindfulness, DBT, and CBT techniques. I have an extensive background in working with individuals with substance use disorders and mental health/co-occurring disorders.
