Brandi McCalib

Hi, my name is Brandi McCalib. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults learn how to cope with trauma, past or present, and work through that. I utilize multiple modalities which include Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my therapy sessions. I can also provide Christian based counseling if preferred. I believe that the most important traits for therapists are compassion, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate well. Therapists need to have compassion so they can connect with their clients, excellent listening skills so that their clients feel valued and the ability to clearly communicate with their clients to to provide guidance and help them articulate their feelings.
