About Breanne Stanert's service

I am a counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida and have approximately 10 years experience working in the areas of substance abuse, family/couples counseling and mental health. I have lived most of my life in Georgia and worked with military families and couples for almost two years before my move to Florida. I have worked with individuals with the following concerns: anxiety, self harm, gender dysphoria, substance use disorders/addiction, co-occurring disorders, grief & loss, psychosis, PTSD, trauma, and ADHD . My counseling style is laid back and collaborative. I often like to give homework assignments to practice items that we’ve talked about in session, but I want you to get the most of our time together. I think that I have a very compassionate and empathetic style of confrontation and believe that rapport building is one of the most key parts of the process. I believe in a team approach as we make progress towards your goals. I look forward to working with you.
