Hi, I’m Brett. I’ve looked through profiles too, trying to find something that feels like a good fit. If you are burdened, confused, overwhelmed, stuck in a pattern, hurt, angry, or grieving, I’d be honored to support you. I would describe myself as genuinely curious, warm, and competent. If you want time and space to reflect, feel and heal, be challenged, learn skills, and grow — I’m here for it. I’m coming up on 10 years of clinical experience and I’m trained in EMDR. If parenting is something you want help with, even as a secondary focus, we can work to improve the connection you want with your child. Behavior change happens through grace and accountability, and I can help you develop the tools that make that feel possible. I’ve been through some things myself.
