Brianna Sewell, a licensed professional counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor, brings over 6 years of experience in the mental health field to her practice in Arkansas. Working in various settings, including outpatient, residential, and substance abuse treatment centers, Brianna has successfully assisted children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns, such as substance abuse, trauma, abuse, depression, and anxiety. Her counseling approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and empathetic, rooted in the belief that everyone deserves respect and acceptance. Brianna’s expertise lies in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, rational-emotive-behavioral-therapy, existential, and person-centered intervention techniques. She values a collaborative approach, working together with clients to establish treatment goals and objectives. Brianna’s primary goal is to help individuals overcome obstacles and become the best version of themselves. She understands that embarking on the counseling journey can be overwhelming, but believes it can lead to an improved quality of life. Outside of her work, Brianna is a dedicated single mother of three girls, and enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
