I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 11 years of clinical experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression across both inpatient and outpatient settings. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach to therapy is very individualized based on your needs, wants, and goals using various evidence based treatment models.
