I have experience in helping clients with LGBT+ related issues, relationship issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes and women’s reproductive health issues. I am trained and proficient in the following evidence-based therapies: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression (CBT-D), Interpersonal Therapy for Depression (IPT-D), Interpersonal Therapy for Reproductive Mental Health (IPT-RMH), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
