I understand, it’s hard to know how to select the right counselor to help you begin your counseling with you. It is my goal to help your process be as easy as it can be by providing you a safe, supportive, and accepting environment to explore your unique journey. I offer compassion and objective listening. Together we can orchestrate the best plan to help you through a difficult time, prepare for your next adventure or to continue on your current path. It is my goal to empower individuals, families, and couples to overcome personal obstacles in order to improve their relationships by using clinically tested interventions. Healthy relationships can improve overall well-being. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples. I take an eclectic approach when formulating a customized treatment plan that best fits your specific needs and goals. Examples of approaches I might work from are cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, attachment theory, solution-focused, or dialectical behavioral treatment. I believe people are constantly seeking to grow, renew themselves and blossom into their fullest potential. It is my goal to assist you in successfully meeting your personal and professional goals and becoming who you are longing to be. I hold two Master’s Degrees; one in Leadership and another in Counseling; and I am also a nurse. I believe my educational background and work experience assists me in approaching and treating the whole person. I would be delighted to help your family become engaged again with positive communication, better understanding of one another, and even the return of laughter. I have a passion for restoring intimate relationships to their healthiest state. Relationships with respect, trust, and love with the most important people in your lives.
