I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 8 years of experience in varied setting with various populations. My Master’s Degree is a dual degree in Movement Therapy and Counseling, and I find meeting body needs important to improvements in mental and emotional health. I am also experienced in Dialetical Behavioral Therapy. This approach lends itself helpful in problem focused therapy as well as with skill building are coping with stress, anxiety, and depression, in both the short and long term. I fully believe finding the right match in a therapist is a two way street and am ready to navigate that with you to help you get whatever support you are looking for.
