I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri and am nationally certified. I have over 10 years experience working with children, teens, and adults with varying backgrounds and needs. I am honored to walk with you on your path regardless of what you are dealing with: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Parenting Challenges, Trauma, Grief, Addiction. I am passionate about mental health as it impacts all areas of our life. My approach to counseling starts with the therapeutic relationship. At my core, I am very person centered and believe we are all capable of growth. I do utilize a variety of counseling techniques to work with you to meet your goals.
