I mainly work with clients who are overcoming the effects of traumatic experiences or loss. These effects may include symptoms of anxiety, depression or unresolved grief. I have both personal and professional experience with grief and emotional trauma recovery. As a counselor, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where my clients feel safe and comfortable enough to explore their emotions and the impact of their experiences.
