I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 18 years with 20 years of professional work experience that has included 5 years of counseling. I got my start working with school aged children, couples and families. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression.
