Charissa Bogle (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, grief, trauma and abuse as well as other issues that contribute to mental health challenges. Much of my training and work experience has been with trauma informed, attachment and emotion regulation models. I am CAIP certified which means I maintain yearly trainings for anxiety-based methods and modalities like Cognitive Processing, EMDR, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and others. I am an experienced individual, couples and family therapist and am trained and licensed for several modalities that help them with communication, interpersonal and intimacy skills. I also have experience with groups and am a licensed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing/STAIR, PAIRS and Trauma therapist with many years of experience including working with many diverse issues including grief, betrayal trauma, infidelity, substance dependence, addiction, and others. I also have specialized experience working with clients who are on the Autism Spectrum and am a trained Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Early Denver Systems Model (EDSM), social and play therapy and interpersonal connections therapist for this population. I have worked with military and Veteran populations for ten years at the federal level, experience with LGBTQ clients and couples, have a muti-cultural background and expat experience, and work with many unique populations.
