As a dedicated and experienced psychotherapist holding a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am deeply committed to fostering healing and growth in individuals, couples, and families. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their concerns and develop effective coping strategies. Currently, I am expanding my expertise as a doctoral student in Clinical Child Psychology, with a focus on the compelling intersection of Neurobiology and Psychodynamic Therapy. This advanced training allows me to provide a more nuanced and comprehensive approach to mental health care, integrating a deeper understanding of the brain and unconscious processes. My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, relationship conflict, family systems, PTSD, and grief. I utilize evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances. I am passionate about empowering my clients to achieve lasting positive change and build fulfilling lives. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
