I am licensed in Texas with 9 years of professional work experience. I work with both teenagers and adults, offering a supportive space where you can be heard without judgement. I specialize in supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, anger issues, behavior issues, issues related to ADHD & HFASD. I believe parents posses tremendous power to influence their child’s well-being, my objective is help move through conflict and navigate difficult situations. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or deal with intense feeling of guilt, regret, or shame we will attempt to make sense of it, reset, & increase your sense of peace and balance. My counseling style is person-centered, I believe you are the expert on you, I will tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. While I provide empathy and insight, I also take a solution-focused approach and together we can increase your self-awareness & identify the best strategies to help you move forward. My goal is to create a safe space and work together at a pace that allows you the comfort to explore, heal, and restore yourself to the old you, that part of us that sometimes gets lost in the chaos of life.
