I also have extensive experience working with individuals facing physical health challenges, such as cancer, offering compassionate guidance through the difficult process of grief and adjustment. My approach is rooted in empathy and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will work on fostering a healthy self-relationship, developing self-awareness, and finding your internal compass for growth, healing, and direction. Drawing from my training in Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Self Psychology, I offer an experiential component that allows for deep exploration and transformation. With a background in Theatre and English, I bring a creative and expressive approach to therapy.
