I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides services to individual and families. I help individuals explore, understand, and overcome personal, social, and/or behavioral problems. I provide services for Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Attention Deficit Disorders, Codependency Issues, Domestic Violence, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Stress Management, Women’s Issues, Co-morbidity, and Substance Abuse. My counseling style is genuine and humanistic. I believe in treating anyone with respect, compassion, and without judgement. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, psychodynamic and motivational interviewing counseling. I will modify our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. It is difficult to understand and adapt to new situation. Understanding and adapting to situations is often what hold individual’s back from living a more fulfilling, enjoyable and productive life.
