Christine Garwick-Foley is a certified therapist who specializes in helping individuals navigate through overwhelming life situations. With a focus on holistic healing, Christine understands that our physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions are interconnected, and works to empower her clients to reclaim their lives and move forward. She is certified in Interactive Guided Imagery (sm) and Thought Field Therapy, and has additional training in behavioral nutrition, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and NeuroModulation Technique therapy. Christine primarily works with adult clients, both men and women, addressing issues such as grief and loss, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, and motivation. In her sessions, Christine goes beyond traditional talk therapy to help clients tap into their existing resources and develop new tools for growth and healing.
