Finding the right therapist can feel like an important first step toward feeling better and creating meaningful change in your life. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with 18 years of counseling experience, and I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, respected, and understood.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, emotional abuse, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Whatever brings you to therapy, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward.
My therapeutic approach is individualized and collaborative. I draw from person-centered, humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring therapy to your unique needs, personality, goals, and life experiences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and professional guidance.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are hoping to heal from the past, better understand yourself, improve your relationships, manage difficult emotions, or simply feel more like yourself again, therapy can be a meaningful step forward.
If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’m here to support you.
Some things to know before choosing to work with me:
1. My sessions are 45 minutes long.
2. Because this is an online platform, both electrical power and internet connection are necessary. Should there be a power outage or internet problem on either side, we will have to reschedule our session.
3. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know the day before if possible so that I can make that time available to other clients.
4. I do not provide crisis counseling on this platform. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911, your local emergency services, or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
