Welcome! I’m Christine Williams-Kelly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida with over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. My career has been dedicated to supporting children, adults, and older adults in overcoming stress, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Before transitioning into private practice, I managed a Mobile Response Team, providing 24/7 crisis intervention to help individuals stabilize and access the right support without hospitalization. I believe that healing starts with a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, or past trauma, I am here to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you on your journey toward growth and well-being. Let’s work together to help you find balance, hope, and the strength within to create lasting change. I look forward to working with you!
